Hey everybody,
Wow, saw "Julie & Julia" last night. Meryl Streep is awesome and the storyline was pretty interesting, kind of renewed my interest in blogging. Sitting here on this cold, rainy Sunday not sure what I'm doing next, just know that I have to do something productive. Sometimes I find it hard to write about what I'm feeling or doing, this is quite new to me!!!! Trying to work on my Granddaughter's scrapbook, working on catching it up, bought refill pages yesterday for her book---on a side note why are all the pages and posts different for all these books???? it's a real pain when you're looking for refills!!!!!----- I'm not a heavy duty scrapper but I do find it fun and kind of creative, I know I don't get as elaborate as some of the other scrappers do but I find stickers are fun and pretty papers and my labeler for journaling is quite fun. My hope someday is that my kids and my Grandkids appreciate seeing some of their past in a fun and colorful way :) Think I'll also work on some dolls today, my site on Etsy (pinkgyspsyart.etsy.com) is getting kind of skimpy and I haven't put anything new on for awhile, kind of hard to sell anything that way don't ya think???? Need some play money so I guess I better get busy huh?

Well sitting here looking at all this snow and woke up this morning to a cold house and a furnace that doesn't know if it wants to run or not!!!!! Woo Hoo, Life's many bumps huh? Well cross your fingers, I'm hoping the furnace guy can keep it running til spring, then we'll look for a new furnace, because we know we need a new one, just didn't want to do it right now :) Hope everybody is having a better day!!!!!!! Well think I'll try to use some of this time to get some art work done---the weather is making me stay home :) Sooooooooo sad our Colt's didn't win but they are still awesome!!!! Next year!!! Learning as you go :)

Well this is my first attempt at a Blog :) So I guess I have a few things to learn. Am still learning to navigate the computer but I seem to be learning things with trial and error. I wish I could say it's all been fun but there have been times it's been frustrating and been the source of a few DISAGREEMENTS between my husband and I (a computer geek), he seems to think I should know things automatically but it's been up to me to educate him on my lack of computer knowledge LOL!!!! I hope to get some pictures of my various art projects on here and they will be forthcoming as soon as I figure out how to do that :) Bear with me and check me out when you have time hopefully I'll have some nice pics and some semi interesting things to say-----Susie Q out----
